It's a great way to get some momentum going if your partner's schedule doesn't align, they're not on board yet or you're just looking for some clarity for yourself. 

You're still in the right place! The Quickie is the first step to joining my Pathway to Passion signature program that helps committed partners who have lost their sexy spark to feel close and passionate again. 

The Quickie ensures it's a good fit on both ends and allows me to make sure I can help long-term. If it seems like you should start somewhere else (medical doctor, tantra expert, surrogate partner, etc) I will be able to figure that out in The Quickie and refer you to the right person who can help.

This is an online coaching program.

The assessment will be completed online in about 20-30 minutes and the coaching session is 60 minute and will be done via a video call (or phone call if you prefer). 

I'll be taking notes as we do the coaching session and will verbally tell you the next steps that will be best for you as I'm uncovering patterns in your intimate relationship. You'll get the written report within 2 business days after the coaching session barring unexpected illness or pre-planned out-of-office days. 

Absolutely! While it's not part of the medical model and HIPAA doesn't apply, your personal information will not be shared with anyone. 

The only exception would be if we work together ongoing after The Quickie and I seek consultation from another therapist about your case (in order to best serve you). In this case, they would also be required to keep it confidential. In the case of consultation, identifying information is still minimized.

In two important ways!

1. It's not therapy, it's coaching. Nothing will be diagnosed and no medically necessary treatment will be provided. Coaching is about helping people get from point A to point B. It's about taking action to get you to where you want to go . . . and understanding any psychological blockages that are currently stopping you from getting there. My job is to help you uncover your patterns and develop a realistic plan to help you get unstuck in your sex life so you can feel more joyful and free with your partner. Coaching also gives me the freedom to work with clients regardless of their location. This is great for military, consultants who travel, etc. Crossing state lines is often a non-starter for therapists who are limited by state licensure. Coaching is not part of the medical model and therefore I do not accept any insurance plans. 
2. Sex and intimacy coaching is only different from "regular coaching" in that it focuses on your love life. As an AASECT Certified Sex Therapist, I have specialized training in sexuality and intimacy that allows me to refrain from judgment (I'm also pretty naturally non-judgmental) and focus on what is authentic and best for you! I'm also familiar with the holistic factors impacting your sex life and the common patterns romantic partners face.

Yes, all the time. About half my clients are LGBTQ+ and many are ENM or kinksters. I also work with sex workers. To be honest, I really don't care what your particular jam is sexually--I just want it to feel right and good for you and for you to feel strong in your romantic partnership(s). Regardless of identity labels, everyone is unique and I always keep that in mind.
